iPod to PS3 Music Transfer 3/15/10
Here is the guide to transferring music from your iPod to your PS3. This is useful for games where it allows you to create playlists using your own music, or for just listening to music with better sound and an animated backdrop.
- Connect you iPod to your PS3 via the Apple USB cable.
- Scroll to "Music" on the PS3 main menu and highlight "USB Device (iPod)".
- Press triangle and click "Display All".
- Click "iPod_Control", then click "Music".
(At this point to should have a list of folders titled "F##")
- Highlight "F01" to begin, press triangle, then click "Copy".
- Repeat the previous step for each "F##" folder.
You should have most of the music from your iPod, with the occasional "Corrupted Data". Just delete these, as you won't be able to listen to whatever song they were.
